When is enough, enough for Mayor Jay?

The county took over the responsibility for jailing Youngstown prisoners when Youngstown closed its jail.
The two counties took over the airport when it was breaking Youngstown's budget.
The county took over Mill Creek Park.
The state took over Lake Milton.
The city wanted the county to take over the bus service, but the voters said no.

The city got two federal courthouses
The city got the state court of appeals building
The city got the Voinovich State office building
The city got the county Children Services Building
The city got the two county jails.
The city gets all the new YSU buildings and facilities
The city got $35 million for the Chevy Centre
The city is the location of almost all the county government, including the courthouse, the administration building, the Annex, the Juvenile Justice Center.

The city has suggested a county sales tax to help pay for the arena.
The city is the location of another state office building on south avenue, the former Unemployment Bureau
The city is the location of the Social Security office and the IRS
The city got millions to open Federal Street
The city got millions for public housing on the north side from HUD through YMHA
The city is building a rec center on the northside for several millions also from HUD
The city gets state and federal money for the Business Incubator
The city gets federal and state money for the entertainment facilities downtown.


Now Jay Williams wants Boardman and Austintown to pay an income tax.
